I am part of nature and nature is a part of
me. My artwork exists within nature, that exists within me, of which I am a
part. Therefore, my work is a piece of nature.

Looking at the material, its surface, its
texture, its personality, cutting offers me a concept of dualism. The “Negative” and the “Positive”. The “Letting go” and the “Preservation”.

The opposite forces that are complementary, interconnected and interdependent, and how they can produce each other when they relate to each other.
